The Strangers by St. Vincent
I am very late to the St. Vincent party, but that’s okay. That doesn’t make the music any less enjoyable. For any of you out there who are also stylishly late, this song almost encompasses the variety of sounds and styles on her new album (Actor). I’m sure some established reviewer can describe it better, but what I love about these songs is that many of them have this dark edge that makes itself more apparent throughout the song.
