This article isn’t groundbreaking, but it does provide a decent lay of the land. The suggestion in it has been tried before as well, with little success.

I am liking the updated Foreign Affairs website. It’s well organized, and has some interesting stuff. Now they just need to realize that people are not going to pay for online content like others have (e.g. The Economist). Once everything is free, I’ll be happier.
